Participation in the Osaka-Kansai Expo

The Democratic Republic of the Congo will participate in the 2025 Osaka, Kansai Expo as part of the Pavilion Type C with the sub-theme Saving Lives.

The purpose is to

"To demonstrate to the world our role as a country that uses the power of nature to solve future challenges . "

in particular,

• Possession of vast forest resources that are important in combating global warming

• World-class freshwater resources and agricultural potential

• Strategic mineral resources (such as cobalt) essential for a decarbonized society

• Rich biodiversity and economic growth potential

We want to let the people of Japan, and people all over the world, know that we are a country that is taking advantage of these strengths to tackle the challenges of future society together with nature, under the theme of "saving lives."

We are here to convey that we are a country that can contribute to the future of the Earth and humanity through the power of nature.
