New housing development opens in Kinshasa

A new housing development is underway in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The gates to the villages are being built, and they will include housing, shopping centers, schools, hospitals, and other facilities. A type of borei that has never been seen before in Kinshasa is being constructed.

The construction is being carried out by Indian development company Modern Construction Congo.

This is the company that is also developing in the city center and built the Hilton Kinshasa.

It's not on sale yet, but I think it will be soon.

It will be built along Route 1.
