When I go to Kinshasa, I sometimes go for sushi.

Unfortunately, the owner is Middle Eastern so they don't serve beer.

Now, as you can see, the sushi is mostly salmon.

The sushi is sprinkled with fried onions, giving it a crunchy texture.

At first I thought it was tempura flakes.

The taste is the same as regular sushi, but it contains ingredients such as cream cheese, which gives it a Japanese feel.
