In Kinshasa, many roads are paved, but in the suburbs and further away there are still unpaved roads. However, because it is close to Kinshasa, real estate is expensive.

In the meantime, development will be taking place in this area, so the road will probably be nice and clean in a few years.

By the way, it's not scary at all to walk around here.

People often greet me with "Ni hao," and when I reply with "Konnichiwa," most of them smile and say "Japan!"
